How do I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Every batch has an HPLC purity report. Email us your lot number (printed on each vial) and we return the corresponding COA within one business day.

How should I store peptides?
Lyophilized vials are stable at cool room temperature away from light for short periods; store at 2–8 °C for longer keeping. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use promptly. See our reconstitution calculator.
What if a parcel is delayed or seized?
