Sealed, unopened vials
Report issues within 14 days of delivery for a reshipment or refund. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Lost, delayed or seized parcels
Parcels not delivered within 30 days, or confirmed seized by customs, are reshipped once free of charge or refunded at your option. A single reshipment per order.
Quality concerns
Every batch is HPLC-verified. If a COA discrepancy is confirmed for your lot, we refund in full and cover the next order. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety reasons.
